Trickstarter is a free, one-hour Zoom class for people who are curious about bridge but not ready to commit to a full lesson series. You will get an honest overview of the game, how it works, and what learning it actually involves, so you can decide if it is worth pursuing. You will leave knowing what bridge is, what makes it compelling, and whether it is something you want to explore further. No experience needed. No obligation to continue.

It continues building on the foundational bidding framework learned in Series 1 introducing some common conventions for responding to Notrump, and Doubles. Students can also access a bonus, online, self-study class on Strong 2♣/2♦ Waiting in the Resource Center.
View Class & RegisterJuly 23 – September 24 7-9 PM ET Series 1 is 10 2-hour classes ($99) It is perfect for brand new players, as well as those looking to get back into the game – it starts from the very beginning with there are 52 cards in a deck and covers how the game is played, the goal in a hand of bridge, basic play strategies, and an introduction to bidding (opening, responding, rebidding, and overcalls).
